Communications Planning
Today's climate demands an innovative and creative approach to communication with healthcare professionals and their business support colleagues. Planning is critical to ensuring that communication is co-ordinated, effective, consistent and targeted whilst maximising the reach and impact of messages.
Additionally, Communications Planning often involves the analysis of a Global Publication Plan and managing the fit with local market need and, the assessment of the educational needs that will support successful prescribing. Localised plans can then be developed to maximise the impact of global outputs and fill the gaps in local market need by utilising a range of tactics involving the written and spoken word (see Communications Tactics sections).
Our services include:
- Development of strategically driven communication plans with consistent messaging
- Planning local publication programmes that link to the global ‘scientific’ publication plan
- Setting up and facilitating roundtable meetings of relevant experts, to advise on communication strategy, messaging and tactics
- Identification of Key Opinion Leaders for involvement in the communication tactics e.g. as authors of thought-leader and thought-provoking material and publications, meeting presenters and Working Party members
- Identification of marketing opportunities to spread the word further
